PRACTISE: Learning the Practice of Distancing. Letting open the Doors to New possibilities.
PRACTISE: Learning to combine Distancing and Focusing. Beginning to take charge of our mental-emotional patterns and directing them in the way we want.
PRACTISE: Using Distancing and Focusing in Everyday situations. Not giving up.
PRACTICE: Following this we learn the practice of Past regression. Learn to use it in Your everyday life and start clearing out Your self-created obstacles.

Session 2: Find Your True Calling
Now you have learnt the technique which empowers you to choose which thoughts and emotions to empower and which ones to let go. The Second Step is to arrive at Your True Calling, Your Larger Vision. Creativity, Intelligence and Activity flows when we are passionate about something. And passion comes from the WHY that drives us. IF you know how to use this question WHY it can easily take you to your True Calling and here we learn to do so. The deeper & more expansive this WHY is the more effortless Your Activity, and Success will be. Elon Musk once said, ” Don’t do it if you need to be motivated by someone else to keep doing it.” He works everyday to find a solution to current existential crises that humanity faces due to growing environmental degradation on Mother Earth. We may agree or disagree with his solutions, but he has committed his life to the WHY which is most important for him.
We deep dive, learn how to discover this WHY within us. We understand how to empower this WHY to drive us out of our laziness, volatilities and carry us through the Journey towards Joy, Clarity & Success.

PRACTISE: Past Regression to find out Your True Calling. Using the knowledge of the 5 sources of WHY to filter out the “True” True Calling devoid of clutters.

Session 3: Action Plan and Starting Your Journey!
Once you have un-earthed Your True Calling it is time to design Your Action Plan and start to ACT on it. And act on it EVERYDAY. By the end of this session You know Where to start, You know your short term and mid term goals, and You know what are the actions needed to be taken, skillsets needed to be learnt/ perfected, and per day how much work hours you are willing to dedicate to these actions.

But most of our energy and thus time, is squandered away in being absorbed by pre-occupation, peer-pressure, inferiority-complex, negativity, jealousy, fear and multiple compulsive habits!
